RACE RULES:
1. Only Piccolo Pete's can be used for engines.
2. Winning entries from prior year's race MAY NOT race again the following year. This includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
3. Car 'parts' from the previous year winning cars may be used to create 'new' cars.
4. There are no 'do overs' - even if a spotter mistakes your car for a hockey puck. You must live with whatever happens.
